Out of Hours 26.18 Euro - Faro

35 Euro -Lisbon		 - The car hire representative is available 07:00 - 24:00
- If you collect or return your car out of hours, you will be charged an additional fee. 
  If your plane is delayed the car hire representative will be kept waiting. 
- Out of hours return of cars must be pre-arranged.
- Not possible at all to collect or return your car between 02:00 and 06:00 in Lisbon.
Child Seats 5 Euro per day

- Child seats are paid for locally but must be pre-booked. There are 3 types:-
  • Baby Seat - up to 12 months
  • Child Seat - 1 to 3 years
  • Booster Seat - over 3 years
- By law, children under three years must travel in baby or child seats. 
  Depending on their size, children up to the age of five may be required to use booster seats. 
- We recommend you bring your own seats - Most airlines do not charge excess baggage on them.
Young Driver 59.50 Euro in Faro per driver

75 Euro in Lisbon per driver		 - Young driver is considered under 21 years (25 years for 7 seater)
- Young driver needs to have a license for at least 12 months (2 years if driving a 7 seater)
Accommodation Delivery See Comments - Delivery to Algarve Accommodation is FREE
- Delivery to Lisbon Accommodation is only possible to:
  • Lisbon City, Cascais, Estoril & Costa da Caparica - 35 Euro each way
  • Praia Del Rey & Sesimbra - 50 Euro each way
- This service is only provided between 09:00 and 22:00
Extra Driver 10 Euro per driver - Driver plus 2 extra drivers are free  = Total 3 drivers free
- Cost applies to 4th driver or more
GPS 12 Euro per day
 - It is possible to hire a GPS with your car hire. Needs to be pre-booked.
- An excess of 400 Euro applies. This is returned to you if you return the GPS undamaged.

Collect/ Return - Different
Airports		 On Request
 - It is possible to Collect your car at Faro airport and Return at Lisbon airport (or vice versa)
- An extra charge applies - On Request.

Deposits
A local deposit for petrol and insurance excess (see below) is required.  It is returned when you return the car undamaged and with the same amount of petrol.  Most clients complete a credit card voucher, which is returned to you to destroy and not processed under normal circumstances.


Excess on Insurance

Your Maximum Liability
Excess is dependent on the car; please see the table below. Excess is paid if:-
  • the car (tyres, windows, keys etc.) is damaged or lost, except if as of a result of an accident caused solely by another driver
  • the driver causes damage to other cars resulting in a claim.
If the terms and conditions of the car hire contract are violated, the insurance cover is invalidated. It is a term of the contract to report accidents to the police.

Reduce Your Liability
It is possible to take out an additional insurance to reduce the possibility of paying the excess; please see the table below.  The additional insurance excludes:-
  • damage to cars while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • damage to tyres, wheels, roofs, windows, car interior, undercarriage
  • wilful damages
  • lost keys.
